“Good Security Is Good Training, and Good Training Is Good Security” based on the management’s Law Enforcement Background. At Esprit De Security, Inc Our guards undergo both basic and advanced training such as:
- Basic Training and company policies and operations.
- Legal rights of a Security Guard – crime in progress, trespass; OBSERVE and REPORT.
- Basic Duties at each post – maintaining records, checking vehicles, searching employees, patrolling, clocking, correct usage of telecommunication equipment.
- Identifying Security risks and weaknesses – open/unsecured doors/windows, cut fences, unsecured garbage dumps, employee/visitors, vehicles moving in and out and parked with customers premises, etc.
- Emergency response – Identify emergencies, assess situation, contact emergency services i.e. Police, Ambulance, Fire Service.
- Duties and responsibilities: Pass and Identification systems; Package and vehicle search; Communication and report writing procedures; Observation techniques; Proper use of our equipment.
- Advanced Training: First aid/CPR/AED, Self defence / PPCT, Advance driving skills, Firearm, Security assessment, Conducting risk analysis survey.
